- commercial or business purposes which have not been authorized by PCCW in advance; or

Not sure how to type an SMS message on your handset? PCCW mobile now offers Phone-In SMS - a 24-hour operator-assisted service to provide you a helping hand. Simply dial *1388 on your PCCW mobile handset and talk to us. We will compose and send the SMS message on your behalf instantly (in Chinese or English) as if sent directly from your handset.
