As an existing PCCW Mobile customer, please enter the required fields correctly, all information you have submitted will be protected. From now on, the password has been standardized as the one used for Customer Care Hotline. Should your original password not in 6 digits or you have never set any password, your default password will be set as the first 6 digits (not include letters) of your HKID/Passport/Business Registration number. You could change your password anytime after you successfully registered My Account.
